12 Days of Christmas - Ardie Style

I found the request for a current 12 Days of Christmas to be a perfect fit for my experiences with Christmas. You see, my husband has trouble waiting until Christmas Day to give me my presents. The typical scenario involves a present a day until Christmas Day when he gives me what is left. Year after year I ask him to hold off, and year after year he is unable to control himself. The more I try to turn down opening a single present, the more he insists that it is a matter of life and death. Eventually my curiosity gets the best of me and I relent. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining at all. I love getting presents as much as anyone else. It simply amuses me that my husband is as bad as the kids when it comes to keeping a secret. Here is my updated version of The 12 Days of Christmas.
